Topically

For a quick pick me up, mix 1 drop essential oil with carrier oil of choice and apply to temples and back of neck.

Inhale Directly

Inhale directly from the bottle or from a tissue when you need an energy boost or mental pick-me-up.

Better Focus Roll On Blend

 Ingredients

  • 6 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 3 drops basil essential oil
  • 2 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 10 ml roller bottle
  • Jojoba Carrier Oil

Instructions

  • Add the essential oils to the roller bottle
  • Add in the jojoba carrier oil
  • Shake well
  • When you need to focus, roll on to your temples and back of neck
