Essential oils are very versatile. For example, there are many different types of oils for weight loss that can boost metabolism, suppress appetite, increase feelings of fullness and boost energy levels. They are also natural and come from plants which means they will not have any side effects.
Here is a list of essential oils that can help with weight loss:
Clove essential oil is great at stimulating blood circulation indirectly boosting metabolism. It also has high amounts of antioxidants helpful in fighting those free radicals in the bodies from toxin exposure.
Rosemary has relaxing properties as well as promoting a healthy digestive system.
This is excellent for digestion as it stimulates the processes that are responsible for breaking food down. It also has appetite suppressing effects, boosts energy levels and helps improve your mood. This essential can help you feel fuller faster which will stop you from eating more than necessary. How to Use Essential Oils for Weight Loss
Using essential oils in an aromatherapy setting is probably the best! And it’s super easy. Simply choose one of the essential oils above and place 13 to 15 drops in a 100 ml water filled diffuser. Breathe in the aroma for at 15 minutes a few times a day.
As mentioned above, Grapefruit is probably the best essential oil when it comes to supporting weight loss. Diffuse this oil 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes for best results.
Using a carrier oil like coconut, add 15 to 20 drops of grapefruit to 10 ml of coconut oil in a roller bottle. Apply to areas of the body which will not be exposed to the sun. This can help support the lymphatic system to promote toxin release.
